Chinese Peoples Army) is the bagman for the Lippo Group and works
out of a Chinese restaurant in Nerima, Japan.  The Japanese aren't
too interested as their economy is in the tank and North Korea keeps
lobbing missiles over the northern half of their country.  (BTW, they
really DID try to launch a satellite into orbit.  The payload was
discovered to be a 1973 Sony Betamax with the tape of 'Ishtar'
stuck in it.  It crashed to earth near Sapporo where it disturbed
a flock of nesting Crested Cranes.  A protest has been filed as
the movie seems to have severely traumatized the cranes.)
	Meanwhile, Ken Starr has opened an office down in Osaka
determined to get to the bottom of the rumored cursed Jusenkyo spring 
water that the Clintons have supposedly smuggled into the country 
through Mena, Arkansas using surplus Betty bombers flown by Cuban 
pilots.  James Carville is rumored to be planning on spraying 
congress and turning them all into women.
