Has anyone thought of creating a crossover where Link gets transported 
to the future, where the Tri-Force has buried itself in the earth.  It 
then created the Lifestream to the point in Final Fantasy VII after 
thousands of years.  Link and Zelda find that they are part of the race 
known as the Cetra or Ancients, like Aeris, especially since Link and 
Zelda have actually touched the Tri-Force...maybe even the sword 
Sephiroth uses came from Link's own descendants (only a possibility on 
this one.)  They came to help Cloud and company defeat Sephiroth and 
discover why the Tri-Force had buried itself.  Dunno where to take this 
though.
