I just sent Chapter 7 of Alternatives to the list twice.  I hope it
didn't clutter up your inboxes too much.  I tried using Hotmail and it
royally trashed my subject line.  I'm not sure what happened.  

Oh well, if anyone out there has a mail program that will run on Windows
98 that will allow me to properly format my messages for the ffml, I
would appreciiate the help.
