If you were in a European setting, Dame Ukyo would be the correct form
of address. Lady Ukyo would be reserved for her if she were to receive
an Award or Patent of Arms, which is an honor ranking below a peerage
(knighthood). However, it is a popular anime convention to refer to
female knights as "Sir."
