There are a few fanfic I know where Ranma is gay or it hints
 that he might be gay. Some are lemos and some are not. "The Fragile Clay
 Matrix" hints that he is gay but it is not a LEMON, it is actually a very

well

 writen story. 

If Kaoru would just get around to using a spell-check, grammar-check, and
learnimg the proper use of capitals.....

and there is one story I saw where Ranma gets traped in girl form, moves to

a >collegetown and starts a relationship with a guy who is kind of a
Godai/Keichii >Morisato combination.

That would be "Thy Outward Part," the single best-known and most highly
applauded "Ranma marries a guy (as a girl)" fic in the known universe.
