In the new Batman/Superman Adventures Tim Drake *IS* Jason Todd.
Somewhere along the line they got their characters mixed up and Tim
Drake ended up with Jason's personality...
Not to mention he's way too young... :)
And way too thin. Nobody who looks like a stickfigure should be able to hit
that hard.

Considering that Bullock is still after him...
Bullock was never really AFTER him, per se. He only went after Batman when he
thought he was commiting some kind of serious crime, like the whole Man-Bat
thing. Otherwise, he was just rude.
I rather like the Bullock/Batman relationship. It's kinda like a Jean ValJean/
Javert kinda thing, but not as intense.

He _was_ DOCTOR Victor Fries before his genesis into a supervillan.
If you want to call him Dr. Freeze, it's aight.
No, it's not. He doesn't like to be called Dr. Fries, Dr. Freeze, Victor
Fries, Victor Freeze, Bad Doctor F, the Funky Freezemaster, or any other kind
of name. He only will be addressed as Mr. Freeze.
Nora is the only person allowed to call him Victor.
