Uhmmmm, outta curiosity, I thought DBZ dealt with galaxy destroying
villains such as Brolly((can never remember how to spell his name)) and
other intergalactic threats.  Wouldn't Ranma just get eaten for lunch by
even some of the weaker DBZ folks?

        I think it might be taken as a chance to see Ranma in a REALLY
humbling situation.

This Ranma took out an EVA Angel with an energy blast.  He'd fit right 
in.  Actually though, a visit to the DragonBall universe might explain 
how he got that tough.
