Sometimes it is an idea , That you simply can't write. I
recently posted an idea for a DP/Ranma crossover. I would
like to have written it, but I cannot picture the degree of
humor, of sheer chaos, necessary to do this well. I could
write it as serious and a humor mixture but that is not what
this needs, so I tossed it out on the list,  in case some
else would be able to and want to do the story. If not,
maybe I'll try some other year.
    I have posted ideas for a friend of mine, who had a
rather serious Tumor. she had some good ideas but litterally
couldn't write them. Someone else  used a couple of her
ideas and she got to read them before she died. So it is not
always laziness or a lack  of will but sometimes it just not
wanting to see a good idea go to waste.
