So:
The other rooms are easy to figure out except for Soun and Happousai's
rooms. I believe the discussion about Soun's being the bigger one in
front as being correct. The only room left is the smaller one behind the

family room and by the bathroom (who's brilliant idea was it to let
Happousai stay next to the bathroom with 3.5 beautiful women in the
house BTW? :)

No, Happosai stays in the front room.
The OAV book has a drawing of his room and from the drawing it is clear
that happi is in the front room.

	1. The room has 8 tatami mats. (The back one has but 6)
	2. The room has a window to the outside (Koi pond side) 
	   The back room has no window.
	3. The room has a passage window that faces the front door
	   (This matches a picture of the front entry.

Unfortunately the house drawings of the floorplans do not correctly
line up with the exterior drawings,

	The stairs as drawn would pass through the roof when going from
	the first floor to the second floor.

Oh, and one more thing, the laudry porch is never seen from the inside,
I assume its at the end of the hall past Akane's room, but the anime has
shown a window there every time.

Oh yeah, the tub window faces the house. The tub snow scene in "Winter" does
not work. (I didn't know then.)
