I do not think so, at least not yet.

Wrong. Their meeting was shown in the story where Gos took a picture
that showed Kodachi on top of Ranma. Kodachi then got Gos to make a ton
o' copies for her so she could blackmail Ranma into eating her cookies.

Possibly.  I can see Kodachi financing Hikaru's magical research to
help Kodachi get Ranma and Hikaru to get Akane,

I doubt if Kodachi even believes in magic -- and in Gos' case, she's
absolutely right not to believe. He has no known sorcerous ability
whatsoever.

Still, they have worked together already, and since they have a common
goal (breaking up Ranma and Akane), there's no reason for them not to do
so again.

although I think the
Black Rose might backstab Hikaru so as to eliminate Akane entirely.

Huh? How would this do anything to get rid of Akane -- especially
considering that Gos has no real chance with her, with or without Ranma?
