Hmm, now this is a novel idea.  Washu the all-powerful trying to recreate
whole universes.  I'm intrigued, to say the least.  This might be a
stretch, but try putting a scene in your next chapter explaining how
she'd go about doing that (rebuilding a universe).  Also, I like how you
paired her and Shinji.  I think he's someone who's always needed a mother
figure, and in a strange way, Washu fits the bill perfectly.  Plus I can
see him learning A LOT from Washu.  Thank god you didn't pick Ranma to
stay alive.  I enjoy reading Ranma fics, and he's probably my favorite
male character, but sometimes authors really try too hard to put him in a
situation he is really unsuited for.  Anyway, I look forward to the next
chapter.
