Possibly a little from all three.  Locked in a room for most of his
life, Dr. T was forced to educate himself and English is a very hard
language to learn, especially by yourself.  As for being annoying, he
worked hard to earn the Spammer of the Year award and he has to keep in
practice after all....  ;p

Now onto Oscar. With Oscar you have two theories as to why he writes >the way he does (Or should I say did) 1.)He is actually Megane 6.7 who >is creating material for himself to MST, or 2.) He is one sick little >bastard.

Ack! *Me* Oscar?!?  No way!  The day I write a self-insertion lemon with
a cat or tiny toons is the day I quit writing fanfiction for good and
put myself out of my misery with a chicken cannon.  :)

Besides, how do we know that *you* aren't Oscar?  After all, I wasn't
the one that wrote *P-Chan's Lover*.  ;P
