Interesting. One comment, though... Tokyo and Tokyo 3 are on the east
coast of Japan. If he's seeing the sun SET on the bay, something is BAD
wrong.
Or it could simply mean that the view is from the east side of Tokyo-wan --
from, say, Chiba.
