uhm, this is really sick & twisted, and it came to me
when i was cycling to the grocery store this a.m.

Ranma 1/2    &      Three's Company (?!) (i'm sure this is in syndication
somewhere)
              Ranma Saotome has to move into an apartment shared by
two girls (Akane Tendo & Ukyou Kuonji) (hmm, maybe Shampoo and Ukyou,
then Akane would really have something to be jealous about...)
The landlord  (Tatewaki Kuno) would never consent to having a guy living with
two girls, though he would do so himself given half a chance. Oh, and the
landlord
has a twisted sister who's into rough S&M girl-girl action (an over 18
Kodachi)
and has the hots for one of the cast (if Akane is the girlfriend of Ranma, NOT
living with him, then she can be trying to go after Akane and then doing all
sorts
of tricks to increase the jealousy/misunderstanding level there...)

Just as sick & twisted would be a Bosom Buddies/Ranma but i don't think that
one's in syndication...

hmmm. maybe a cursed TV set that pulls one or more of the main characters
in and then forces them to live out series/movies from the 60s-90s. Arrrghhh.
No, i wanna write a serious one next!
