I don't know where Usagi Yojimobo (aka Rabbit) is, but you're not the only one 
looking for him. Gensao (gensao@geocities.com) is looking for Rabbit as well, so 
that Rabbit's fic in the Tenchi Fanfic Archive can be properly credited. If someone
