No, that violates Ranma's character.  Now make him a prisoner in his own body,
trapped behind his eyes if you will as she commits the murders...

To be a truly dark story, Ranma must battle and defeat the evil, but at a
terrible cost.  With Ranma, it's easy to see the price.  We have basicly two
personalities battling and we know that Ranma already has mental problems
(Cat-Fu Fighting).  Under the mental strain his mind just shatters, hundreds
of personalities, some duplicating those's he's killed, shards of a broken
mind.

You know, that wouldn't be a bad title for a Askua (EVA) story centering on
the cause and nature of her mother's insanity.
