Great.  "Ranma... Is That You?" meets "Lies" and "Sunrise" in a blender,
just before someone hits puree.  

Seriously, I'd recommend keeping it simpler than that.  There's no need for
both the coma and the memory loss.  I'd keep the six-year coma, then have
Ranma train for the next few years to get back in shape (although I'd
recommend not making it a crossover).  

Also, I'd recommend having both Happi and Cologne give some sort of reason
for training Ranma.  Cologne would probably do it just on general
principle, assuming you characterize her as something other than a monster.
 Happi... well, what happened to Ranma effectively destroyed any chance he
had of influencing the School.  Chances are Ryouga kicked Happi out, and
left him without an heir.  In Ranma, he sees both a chance at revenge on
Ryouga and a chance for his teachings to guide the school once more.  

Other things to think about: HOW is Ryouga going to accomplish that?  Get
Ranma drunk?  Slip him some spice?

Also, how are you going to paint Ryouga in such a way as to make him not
seriously OOC?  What pushes him over the edge?  Mind you, Ryouga once
risked his life so Ranma could be CURED of the Chisuiton's effects.  You're
going to have to make a hard sell to convince anyone that Ryouga would
stoop to what you suggest.  One suggestion might be to show him broken up
with Akari, and him watching Akane and Ranma together, being happy and
all... and him growing an intense hatred toward Ranma for having a
happiness that should be his.
