What you should have here is the nurse not be the same one that talked to
Ranma and not know that there was a donation (a bit contrived, but people
get rushed a lot in hospitals so they might not notice every detail).  Then
have Ryoga insist on donating to Ranma, then have Ranma hear that Ryoga
isn't healing that quickly and insist on donating to Ryoga, and the blood
can keep going in a circle for however long you like.

ROTFL...  That would definitely fit the Ranma story-line, in a morbid kind
of way...  And both Ranma and Ryoga are just stubborn enough to do it.
