is a member of the Joketsuzoku, the fact that he doesn't challenge Shampoo

Personaly I think that the reason Mousse doesn't chalenge Shampoo is that
he loves her too much to hurt her. He might easily hurt her in the process
of defeating her. Also mabey he is so good because he is trying to get
good enough to defeat her without hurting her.
