Think about it.  The DD is basically a hyper-hard suit.  Genom does not
employ a human army, so who's going to drive it?  Quincy?  

Magidan(sp?)? A

boomer?  Maybe the boomer, but if so, wouldn't it be wiser to design a
boomer with the same capabilities as the DD (and maybe minus the 

neutron

bomb)?

Oh my, what an image! Quincy suiting up to kick some ass, I would love 
to see this one in a fic. On the other hand,I dont know too much about 
the big double D, would  Ol'Quince have to wear a skinsuit?((shudder))
