Well, as much as I sympathise with these arguments, they are somewhat off-
topic
 for the FFML, and are likely to cause a big fight and get Tybalt ticked

off.

I disagree, and not just because I'll take any excuse to annoy the hell out of
Tybalt. This is an important charachterization question that I'm surprised
hasn't been brought up before. It will directly impact how people write.

Oh, and she IS violent. She tried to multiple times to kill Akane during her
first appearence, and keeps smashing stuff (doors, walls, Ranma) with no
reason at all. She has caused as much damage to the Tendo Dojo as anybody
else.

Plus, her language skills are horrible. If you have one-on-one instruction, it
is not difficult to learn a foreign language in six months, less if you're
good with tongues. Shampoo had all the benefit of Cologne's wisdom, plus at
least a YEAR of listening to people speak japanese on a daily, constant basis.
Yet she never proceeded beyond her 'baby talk.' Everybody else from China
(Herb, Cologne, Mousse, Pantsuto Taro, Kirin, etc.) spoke decent japanese
except her.

And as for the wedding, there were more civilized ways to find out what was
going on than resorting to a full-scale attack.
