I don't know about you, but I find this scene VERY sick and disturbing.

I really didn't want to think about the additional repercussions of
permant curses. Ryoga becoming boiled pork is just sick and wrong.

Then again having Ryoga live life as a black piglet could of been worse.

Still find the thought is disgusting. Fortunately Ranma doesn't know he
killed Ryoga, and I think that adds to it being disturbing. Ryoga died and
no one knows or even cares.
