I hate hypocrisy.
I triple-especially, with cherries on top, hate being caught in it
myself, especially when the cause is that I didn't read the
originating message carefully enough.
Yesterday, I replied to a post by Richard that I thought
showed him calling a blunt but reasonable reply a "flame".
In a public way, I made a point that I felt needed to be made;
specifically, that one should be careful with missing unspoken
information that e-mail excludes by its nature.
How ironic that my post arose out of a misreading of Richard's
text. O Irony, how sweetly you cut.
Richard, I apologise. While the point needed to be made,
it did not need to be made in such a way. Honto ni gomen
nasai.
