This makes it kinda confusing figuring out who's talking. From the way
the names are mentioned, you'd think it was Akane and then Ranma, but
it's actually the other way around. You might want to change this kind
of thing to make it clearer. For example:


"Why don't you deal one card at a time?"  Ranma asked. Akane didn't
bother to look at him.

"I'm doing it, Las-Vegas style."  Akane failed to notice Ranma muttering
something.  He turned around.


As for the story... all I can say is, Florencio, you're a real card. :-)
