Why does Ryouga have fangs? 

I asked the Church of Ryouga ML, and I got two answers. One, that it 
was as natural as the sky is blue, but that doesn't answer anything. 
Two, that his name translates into "Good Fangs exploding loudly [or 
noise]" 
However, having the name translate into something doesn't explain why it 
occurs. It's kinda like the Ranko question. Is she the drowned girl's 
body, or just a girl version of Ranma? (don't answer that :) 
Is there any explanation? Does it have anything with the fact he's a 
pig sometimes? I'm thinking not, since early childhood scenes, i.e. 
Ranma stealing bread from Ryouga, probably show him with fangs. And as 
far as I know, Tasuki is the only other human in anime who has fangs all 
the time. But he's from another universe, so I need a _reason_. You 
could put it in a fic, if you knew. 

Fangs are actually something that humans can have.. as a matter of fact I
have 
fangs. And no, Im not kidding. What it was in my case, is that my K9 teeth
had 
way to long of roots. So therefor when my adult teeth wanted to grow in, my 
baby teeth refused to fall out. And being the wimp I am, I didnt go to get my 
baby teeth pulled. So the adult teeth decided to grow out of the gums, and
hence 
growing somewhat strange to where I used to look just like a Ryoga. ^_^ 
finally through time (a short one thanfully) I managed to get the baby
teeth out 
in ways which you dont wanna know, and within the last few years my teeth
have 
settled back a little, so you can only see my fangs when I smile, but they
arent so 
obvious, and actually look extreamly cool. And all my friends call me
Ryoga, (well 
the one's that have seen Ranma1/2 of course.. which is most of my friends
cause 
I force them to watch it.) So, now ya know my life story when I could have 
just summerized the whole damn thing, and I didnt even totally answer the
question 
cause the only person who would really know is Rumiko(sp?)... so umm.. Im
gunna 
go bang my head on the wall for a while then read HoI over again. hope I
helped, 
even if a small bit just so this large amound of typeing time doesnt go to
waste. heh.
