I don't think Ryouga uses any of his chi to use the Bakusai Tenketsu.
In the same manner, Ranma's Kachu Tenshin Amaguriken doesn't use any of
his chi.
I may need to refine this. I just rewatched the 'Bakusai Tenketsu'
episode, and it appears that Ryouga uses his 'ki' to locate the
breaking point in any given exploding object.
It seems though, that he uses so easily later in the series that
it would almost have to be ki-driven. Any comments?
