I had this weird idea pop into my head. This is inspired by the fic where 
Ranma keeps bumping everyone on the head, causing them to switch bodies.

Shampoo cried, "Ranma, wo ai ni!" as she rushed over to glomp onto Ranma. 
Unfortunately, Shampoo miscalculated her trajectory and crashed into 
Ranma's head headfirst.

Shampoo woke up in Ranma's body. The first thing she saw was herself in 
front of her, with a confused expression. "Hey, why you look like Shampoo?"

Ranma woke up in Shampoo's body. "Shampoo? Is that you?"

Ranma:	Ranma! Wo ai ni! *glomps onto Shampoo*

Akane chose that moment to talk by, and saw Ranma glomping onto Shampoo. 
"RANMA NO BAKA!!" She took out her mallet and hit Ranma on the head.

Ranma recovered from the attack. "Pervert violent girl! Shampoo kill!"
Ranma whipped out two bonbori, and charged Akane.
