Yes, Worf does have a child named Alexander, who is
one-quarter human.  But, his mate(Kayless I think was
her name) was killed by Durass.  They were never
actually married though.  So Worf can be married to
Dax.

1)  Her name was not Kayless.  That's the name of one of the great
Klingon heroes who's clone is now the Klingon Emperor.
2)  Dax and Worf got married last week on DS9.
