Time Lost:
The idea is that unusually harse upbringing of Pantyhose, without parents
and generally wandering Ryoga style (he can find his way, he just doesn't
have anyplace to go), is necessary for some climatic battle. Ranma and
Akane not only find out about the battle and the pivotal role that he
plays, but that they are his parents! A very pregnant Akane is sent back
This would be kind of neat, and it would explain why Tarou seems to be
Ranma's superior. (The son shall surpass the father.) A suggestion.
Why not have someone *besides* Akane be the mother? The thing is, I've
never seen an epic Ranma story where Ranma being paired with another
girl is a side-note, not the point of the story. Sure Purple Haired
Destiny and LaWR are great, but if it's a Ranma vs. the demons of hell
type story, he just gets quickly paired with Akane. I know why people
do this (True Love and all that) but it would be kind of cool to see
something like "Four Birds of Fire" or "Ranma goes to War" where Ranma
is paired up with Ukyou or Shampoo and no particular big deal is made
out of it. Just a suggestion the next time one of you gets the yen to
write a Ranma epic.
in time so that Pantyhose can fulfill fate. A good portion of the fic
would be Ranma and Pantyhose talking about the revelation, and one of the
wierdest father-son bondings ever.
They would bond by going and beating up whoever was reponsible for
sending Tarou to the past to begin with. (I don't buy destiny. There's
never a choice of two futures, but always a choice of an infinity of
futures.)
The only scene I have played out in my mind is when Ranma tells Pantyhose
that he is his father. Of course Pantyhose isn't very happy with the idea,
except that he ends up with the name Saotome Tarou or Tendo Tarou. It
would must likely end up with a hospitalized Ranma for 'being such a losy
father.'
The idea of this fic came around after reading Fate (Ranma goes into the
past to save Akane's ancestor knowing he dies in the process) and seeing a
picture of Pantyhose's mother (she looks A LOT like Akane.)
Or she could look a LOT like Ukyou. :) (Actually, that could be more
interesting. Imagine normal secretly in love R&A. Then they find Ranma
is *destined* to be with someone else. That's a Fate-like story I'd
like to see.)
I don't know if I'll ever write this as it would be rather serious.
Half these ideas seem at least somewhat serious.

Right of Possession:
Akane wakes up after a battle with Shampoo, a battle in which Ranma was
the prize. Akane won the battle, but is afraid of a video tape made of
Shampoo would kick her butt, even with chi attacks. But let's say for
the sake of argument Akane won.
that battle. The reason being is that Akane had been training in chi
attacks but didn't figure out what she was doing wrong until the battle.
While the call of 'Evil Eye' for her anger chi attack wasn't the problem
it was the other chi attack's call name that would be the problem. The
tape is to be shown soon to her family and she has to tell Ranma first
what the call was: Ranma I love you, a chi attack based off her love for
him. You can guess how the family reacts when they see the tape.
I have part of this scripted and may write this soon.
I hope Ranma is at least upset that Akane would make him the prize in a
battle.

HE'S MINE
It's after Manga Volume 38 and Akane is going to make sure Ranma marries
her. (Manga Fact - Akane convinced herself at the end of the Manga that he
loves her.) Akane would either get revenge against Nabiki for inviting her
rivals or force Nabiki to help her remove his fiancee problem. Ranma is
not sure that he like what Akane is doing, as it means once she's done
handling his fiancees, he's as good as married. Diffinitely has a little
chat with Ranma (most likely something similar to Time Alone.)
Why is it always love=marriage? Sure there's lots of pressure from the
families, but you'd think even an admittedly in love Ranma and Akane
would want to wait till after high school, at least.
Winning Big
Ranma and crew are sent on a Los Vegas cruise ship. Ranma's strange luck
abounds as events like punching a slot machine hits the jackpot or a
blackjack game where Ranma, Akane and Nabiki play and Ranma loses all,
Akane wins what he loses and Nabiki rakes the money in. Ranma gets into a
arena fight with Ken Masters. After the fight Ken invites Ranma and Akane
to a party. Ranma and Akane get drunk and well, wake up with evidence that
they visited the ship's wedding chapel the previous night.
Man I just had the wildest take off idea on this. The whole gang is
there, they all get drunk, and they all visit the chapel! Ranma
discovers he's married to Kodachi. Akane is the bride of Kuno! Ukyou
is married to Mousse! Shampoo marries Soun! Ryouga finds out he just
hit the jackpot and married Kasumi! Akari and Konatsu! See the
scrambles to get the anullments. Which couples will get a quickie
divorce and which will decide marriage is forever? This could be
freaking hilarious! Someone please write it.

Past meets Future.
Yuri, from Dirty Pair, is having a family reunion and decides to track her
family tree. She finds out that her partner, Kai, may be related to her.
The problem being the common ancestor they would share would have had to
given birth to their differing ancestors almost a century a part.
Searching for information on them is surprisingly difficult, and the
information they get gives at most a years worth of information per
decade. There was no way of telling if they were the same people. Yuri
could not get enough information to link them by the time they are sent on
a mission. During the mission they run into two people who not only were
using her ancestor's name, but looked the same as they did in a photo she
found of her ancestors. The names of her ancestors Ranma and Akane
Saotome.
Or could be Ranma and Ukyou Saotome. Or a combination. Ranma married
Akane and had kids. Kei is their descendent. However, Akane didn't
havbe the ability to become a true martial arts master who could control
her aging, so she got old and died. A century later, Ranma marries
Ukyou (who did have the potential to be a true master) and they have a
kid. Their descendent is Yuri.
This would be ridiculously silly when Ranma and Akane work with the Dirty
Pair. Though this would explain why everything seem to be destroyed when
the Lovely Angles come to vist. The only problem is what kind of power
level do you think Akane would have being over 400 years-old, let alone
Ranma.
I think a 400 hundred year old Ranma would be at Saiyan power levels.
Not Super-Saiyan, mind you, but say Vegita's level when he first shows
up. 400 year old Ukyou- well let's just say she'd make some damned fine
okonomiyaki.

Nabiki, held in check by an agreement with her father, has not told Akane
the little secret about P-Chan. That was until one day when Akane was a
little horny and wanted her pet pig to do a little favor for her. Nabiki,
who bugged Akane's room, finds out about it and tells Akane about P-Chan.
Bestiality? Acck. This could be another Nekophilia here.
Ending the Madness:

Yet another fic idea that intends to tie up the loose end at the end of
Manga volume 38.
The night of the 'bombed wedding' Ranma and Akane come to the agreement
that they did want to get married and decide to remove their suitors by
almost any means possible. Of course as this is R&A planning it, things

Ranma dumps Shampoo.
Shampoo takes it really badly.
Originally had Mousse defeat Shamps motiff but won't use it.
Yahh. She wouldn't marry him even if he did defeat her.
Chapter 3: Forever Friends
Talk with Ukyou.
Ukyou tries to kill Ranma.
Ukyou recovers.(But still not happy)
But she still gets to beat Ranma up for the shabby ways he's treated
her. (Stringing her along all this time.) Akane doesn't blame her a
bit, and tells Ranma he deserved it when she visits him in the hospital.
Chapter 4: Kuno Attacks
Kodachi discovers the truth about the curse.
Goes REALLY nuts.
Gets committed.
Or we find she doesn't care, ala Ukyou. (Now the pig-tailed girl is no
longer a rival for Ranma's affections.)
Chapter 5: Shampoo vs Akane
Shampoo challanges Akane for Ranma
Shampoo wins, but Ranma declares he plain doesn't care and loves Akane
anyway.
Chapter 6: Bracelet of Hugging (Might make a one-shot version of this)
Akane acidently get a braclet that forces guys to hug her.
Ranma gets upset.
Akane realizes that Ranma never wanted to be glomped by Shamps.
Akane cured and appoligizes to Ranma.
Chapter 7: Planning Ahead
Wedding information finalized and debated.
These two just aren't ready for marriage. (And there's a limit how much
growing up you can have them do in the course a short time span.)
Kuno vs Ranma (formal challenge)
Akane's classroom daydream
Chapter 8: Festival of Fun
Dunk Tank - Jusenkyo Curse style. (being worked into TIC)
Ranma and Ryoga find out just how good an actress Akane is.
Chapter 9: Family visitation
The family comes to visit in preparation of the next Chapter
Chapter 10: The Wedding
See Chapter 4 of Trapped (TIC v1c4).
Other event used for filler:
Nodoka refers to Nabiki/Kuno meeting as a date causing them to think about
there relationship. (Is it all business?)
This was a series that I had plotted before starting The Insanity
Continues, but the plot line had several flaws that could've been fixed,
but I had the EVIL idea of taking what was suppose to be a one-shot Lemon,
Trapped, and running with it.
Write this story if you want, but if you do, I shall be forced to try
the anti-Akane response. (Unless someone else wants it.)
Ranma and Akane get married. They're happy at first, but Ranma grows
increasingly restless running the dojo. He's quite simply bored. Soon,
he gets into the habit of making long 'training trips' to have
adventures all over the world, leaving Akane for weeks or months at a
time. Lots of angst. Finally, Ranma and Akane tearfully get a divorce.
They love each other, but have discovered their lifestyles are
fundamentally incompatible.
