Hrm...if my guess is correct, matching up the names and descriptions in
order we have:

Ranma>          One of light and power,
Akane>          One of darkness and destruction,
Nabiki>         One of illusion and wit,
Ukyou>          One of stealth and shadows,
Ryouga>         One of death and daggers,
Shampoo>        One of earth and life,
Mousse>         One of air and grace."

We know the one for Ranma is correct for sure. Illusion and wit matches
Nabiki, and air and grace makes sense for Mousse considering his duck
curse. The other ones aren't as obvious but they could work. Akane's the
violent one (darkness and destruction), Shampoo's the bubbly and lifely
one who always glomps on Ranma kawaiily (earth and life), that leaves
Ryouga and Ukyou and IMO Ryouga matches "death and daggers" better than
Ukyou does ("Ranma, prepare to die!")

Ranma called Ukyou his cute fiancee, I like it! :) Its too bad Ukyou's
mother interrupted Ukyou when she was about to kiss Ranma though. *sigh*
I hope you'll let kawaii Ucchan kiss Ranma later on in this fic :)I think it was already established the Ukyou was an Earth Mage.  at 

least from the last part, chapter 12.  So I guess that would make 
Shampoo of stealth and shadow.  I also think that Ryouga should be 
darkness and destruction.  Nabiki would about right, so would Mousse.
