I dislike the Washu method of creating a crossover - a cliche used too 
many times, IMO.

I'm also very curious what kind of crossover you can do with these two 
universes.  I've put some thought into it myself, trying to come up 
with an idea for a fanfic.  I just can't see a way for the two 
universes to interact.  Ranma and Ryoga piloting Veritechs, okay... but 
how does what makes them special in Ranma 1/2 cross over into Robotech? 
 In space no one can hear you cry, "Shishi Hokodan!"

I'm not trying to discourage you.  Just warning you... setup is easy. 
 Heck, I once did a Watchman/Ranma setup.  But doing a crossover that 
finds a way to conflict the two universes for more than a page or 
two... that's hard.

However, I will give you the benefit of the doubt.  Just be warned... I 
will be a harsh critic of the result, because Ranma 1/2 and Robotech 
are two of my favorite bits of anime.  If you can pull it off, though, 
I will be your biggest fan.  :)

Really, I can't offer you any more meaningful feedback until we see the 
rest of this.  I'm skeptical, but hopeful.  :)

Loved the Transformers bit.  :D  :D  Now Transformers/BGC... *there's* 
a crossover with a lot of potential.  Hmm...
