And no, at the moment I don't see Ranma going lovey dovey with Tenchi. She
is going to make it very clear to Tenchi that she had no interest in him.
The real question is which girl is she going to help get Tenchi so she can
get out of this aranged marriage.

Actually, I can imagine them getting along.  I'm working on (or trying
to work on) a Tenchi/Ranma/Dr.Who fic that ends up in a lot of
matchups.  So far I have Aeka with Ranma and Kodachi (Don't ask), Tenchi
with Akane, Washu with Ryoga, Yui-sama, Hikaru-chan, and A-ko (REALLY
DON'T ASK) and Ryoko with a friend of mine who wanted to be written into
a fic.  But back to Ranma and Aeka:

The main reason that I find for the two of them getting along is that
they are both so damn alike.  Arrogant, slightly cruel, extremely
possesive... Plus Aeka outpowers Ranma, so once she sets her sights on
him, he's toast.
