I'd like to thank everyone who's voted for the "Chicken Balls" awards
thus far. The polls have been open for only 9 hours and I've already
received 11 responses and three people have agreed to present awards so
far. "Best Lemon Scene and The Worst of the Worst" presenters have been
chosen, but there are 16 positions left to be filled so let me know,
eh? :)
I've decided to post the results of the voting so far. These results
are by no means the final nominees and the voters will be kept
anonomous. Also, if someone could post this poll to the
rec.arts.creative newsgroup, it would be greatly appriciated since my
news server seems to be on the blink lately....
I've eliminated the catagories for "Worst Character in a Fanfic" because
no one seemed interested in it and "Longest running series" because
someone pointed out to me that "Undocumented Features" can't lose.
Also, the "Worst Fanfic" and "Chicken Cannon Target of the Year"
catagories are just friendly barbs, please don't take it personally. ;)

(My personal nominee for this took place in a fanfic, in the time period
during the failed wedding of Ranma and Akane. Ryouga steals the barrel
of spring water and challenges Ranma to a battle. They proceed to fight
one of the most intense and bloody fights I’ve ever seen and it ends
with Ryouga saving Ranma’s life and then dying himself. I REALLY want
to read that fanfic again but I stupidly deleted it by mistake. Does
anyone know the title of this fic and if they could send it to me, I
would be very grateful.) :)

kept us on the edge of our seats....until the author mysteriously
vanished or simply never continued/finished it. Can apply to any single
fanfic or series, any year, but the fic/series must be unresolved. (ie.
Ranma University, Black Operations, etc.)
