As a general rule, however, Usagi wouldn't do things like that.  She can't
bring herself to fight people who have slaughtered her closest friends
(see ending of Stars).

If she dehumanizes them enough in her mind, she can.  (Re: youmas).

And while not knowing kanji could suggest she doesn't have the kind of drive
that would also lead her to rule the world harshly, it could also suggest
that she might rule it harshly but incompetently....

All these evil-Sailor-Moon ideas floating around the list recently have given
me a few ideas for use in a Sailor Moon story....
