I am thinking of writing an article about anime in countries where
Japanese, Chinese, or English are not the major languages and I am hoping
that those FFML'ers that live in such countries can enlighten me.  The
article will be for the Univ. of Chicago JAS newletter, "Absolut Anime".
What anime is available on TV, in stores, and from fansubbers?  Are they
subtitled, dubbed, or (ugh) narrative voiceover?  What languages are they
in and does your country have language laws that affect the presentation of
anime?
