Why?  All the rest of the Tribe are is fragments of Ranma's whole 
personality.  Who's to say that once Khu Lon is done, Ranma won't come 
out stronger then before?  For all we know, when this is over, all the 
knowledge and power accumulated by the others in the Tribe might all 
merge with Ranma's own, thus making him nearly invincible.

(Note:  I really don't believe anything that I am saying, but this seems 
like a good topic for discussion, since almost all fics I read have Khu 
Lon/Cologne/Old Ghoul being just an evil little troll.)
