ENDWORLD: MOON RUN

	They had stayed at the Home for two weeks, to let Rei's stomach wound
and Usagi's shoulder wound heal and now it was time to go home.  Pluto
flashed back upon the events of those two weeks.

	She had cried when she heard that her father had given his life in
New York.  Even though he had told her it would happen, it still hurt.

	All the Senshi had noticed how Usagi had changed.  How she still
smiled but the smile would very rarley reach her eyes.  It scared them all.

	The first thing they heard from Plato when they asked about the
well being of Luna and Artimis was, "Gremlin has been trying to get them
nominated as Warriors."

	Pluto sighed as she looked out over the Home.  In a future as dark as
this one, it was nice to see that Crystal Tokyo was not the only bright spot
in the world.

	She saw the Senshi as they gathered in the middle of the field, she
saw the look in Usagi's eyes and she finally understood what her father had
planed when he gave her a special crystal that would block any memories of
anyone who went through the portal of when they were out of their natural
time.  Timeiand had told her that the block would not be permenant but would
lift, "when the time is right."

	Usagi walked over to Blade and said, "It was nice meeting you."

	Blade replied, "Same here."

	They shook hands and Usagi turned to Anne and Ail and she asked,
"What about you two?  What are you going to do?"

	"We don't know," Anne replied, "Primator did some kind of bio-genetic
altering to us so that we would no longer be connected to the Tree of Life
and then had it destroyed so he could have more control over us.  We have
nowhere to go."

	Blade came up to them and said, "You'd be welcome here."

	Ail was suprised.  "You mean, even after all that happened, you'd let
us stay in the Home?"

	Blade nodded and Anne and Ail said together, "We'd like that."

	"One last thing I'd like to know," Makoto said, "How did you two get
captured in the first place?"

	Ail sighed, "We had been searching for a new planet to live on for a
long time.  During our search, we got caught in a meteor shower and got lost.
We landed just outside of Androxia and before we knew what had happened, we
were surrounded by the Supiriors.

	"Primator studied us like your lab rats and grew interested in our
knowlage of mystical things.  He learned enough about us to do the
bio-genetic altering I mention and then he started denying Anne energy and
me of the right to see her.  He would alow her energy and the right for us
to be together in exchange for information and assistance.  Does that answer
your question?"

	"I guess it does," Mako replied, chilled to the bone, "I'm glad that
HE won't be causing trouble anymore.  Minako saw to that."

	Pluto fired up the Time Portal.  The Senshi took one last look at the
Home and leaped through.  The Family didn't see Pluto throw the crystal into
the portal.

	Pluto closed that Time Portal, opened another to who knew where and
stepped through.

	The Family began to move off to go back to their duties when suddenly
the emergency horn went off.  All eighteen Warriors went to prepair for a
possible enemy.  They didn't get very far before a large white aircraft,
that looked like nothing in the Family Library, landed in the middle of the
Home.  A door on the side opened and a ramp extended to the ground.

	A woman in a long white flowing dress and a VERY familiar hairstlye,
came out and raised her hands in a peaceful gesture.  Her blue eyes sparkled
as if she were always in good cheer.  Her most striking feature was the
golden creasent moon mark on her forhead.  "Hold," she said, "I come in
peace.  My name is Queen Serenity."

	In her hands was a long white staff, topped with a beutiful crystal.
Blade, Hickok, Geronimo, and Plato walked up to her and Plato replied,
"Hello.  My name is Plato.  I welcome you to the Home."

	Serenity let out an amused chuckle and said, "After all this time you
still use the same line."

	"Do you know us?" Blade asked confused.

	Serenity began to laugh slightly and put a hand over her mouth to
stiffle it.  "I reckon you look familiar," Hickok said, "but I just can't
place where I seen your face."

	Serenity replied, "Perhaps this will remind you."

	She raised her staff and gently rapped Hickok on the head with it.
Hickok's jaw dropped and he sputtered, "No... you can't be who I reckon you
are."

	Blade also understood the hint and he also found speach difficult,
"If you were who I think you are, you'd be......"

	"Several hundred years old?" Serenity asked with a raised eyebrow.

	Blade just nodded.  "Trust me," Serenity said as she patted Blades
shoulder, "don't think about thing mystic unless you have to.  It will just
make you head hurt."

	"You've certainly aged well," Geronimo added in shock.

	Plato recovered and got back to buisness with, "Why are you here?"

	"I have come to join your Freedom Federation.  Consider it repaying
a debt I and my friends owe you.  From this day forward, the aid of Crystal
Tokyo will be available to you."

	"Crystal Tokyo?" Blade asked, "As in Tokyo, Japan?"

	Serenity nodded.  Blade smiled.  This was a good sign.  Here was the
first international effort to bringing the world out of the darkness of
post-WWIII.

	And to think, it was brought about by a group of school children
who dropped out of the sky.

	Well, that's all for this story.  I hope you enjoyed it.  I know I
enjoyed writting it.  I'm not done with the Warriors yet though.  I'm in the
planing stages of doing an Endworld story which involves the cast of
Ranma 1/2.

	I'm not sure how I'll pull it off, but I do know that Ryoga can get
REALLY lost sometimes.
