It helps if you get to the point and don't speak in riddles.

Mouse is like that, I think. ;)

I've seen some C&C written by some people which follow
a strange semi-story format, and though it's quite creative
and amusing, it also wastes a lot of time saying what it
wants, and it's really annoying to read at times. As such,
if it doesn't concern me, I won't read it.

Good for you. I don't know Mouse too well, but prodding was Foxtrot's
way of having a bit of fun and silliness on the list, while trying to
get something useful done. My opinion: if you can't have fun doing
something, it might not be worth doing. 8)

Now take the Taskmasters. It doesn't concern any of
us YET, so if it's presented in an unclear manner, chances
are no one will bother, especially on a high-traffic list like
this.

Heheh. No one seemed to mind about a year and a half ago when Foxtrot
was prodding, and when the spamfics were falling fast and Furryous. ^_-

Now once again, I ask: What *exactly* ARE the Taskmasters
and what do they do?

Well, speaking as one who's been prodded by both Foxtrot and Mouse, the
make you laugh so hard a story falls out. ;)
