Actually, there has been one written.  It's called "Enter Perfume", by
Greg Thompson.  It's about a cat that falls into the spring of drowned girl,
and comes out looking like Ranma-chan.

Would that be available at the RAAC archive?

   Nope, but I've chatted with the author, who isn't currently on the FFML,
and he's given me permission to repost it for him.  I'll do that in the next
post.
