Change that comma to a period, change "I" to "I'll", insert "just"
between "you" and "said".

    It had been around two months since the crisis with Kain was

resolved.  Even

though Nobiyuki, as a youth in the past, had his memory erased to

avoid any accidental

 Changes in the time line; he still once in a while had 
 short nightmares of the whole sorted affair, but other 
then that Tenchi hoped and preyed that a crisis like this will

never again occur.

	lower case "C" in Changes, preyed should be prayed, will should be
"would", and this looks like a run-on sentence.
 

    Little did he know it would not.

	While I won't comment on the fact that Crossing over Tenchi Muyou
and Star Trek's Borg isn't a terribly good idea.  This trailer has
some idea's that may be good ... if you would proofread your story
before posting it.  Even a spell check would fix most of the errors I
found.
	I would be a fool to shoot down a budding idea, since most of my
idea's are not accepted by the Fan fic community.  So I encourage you
to continue, and to work a little harder on proofreading.
