didn't get onto this sooner, but the past few days have been hectic here.

Several of you have gotten little notices in the mail informing you that
your spam output is at unacceptable levels. What does this mean? Well, for
starters, it means I'll tempban you if you blatantly spam in the next
three weeks. And it also means I expect you to use a bit more moderation
(no pun meant) in the future.
