  I have to say that I never before thought of Ranma as D'Artagnan.  Given
Ranma's character, I'd like to see how you can have the four join together.
 In 'The Three Musketeers', the four are linked by mutual respect and duty.
 I don't see Ranma respecting Mousse or Kuno as they currently appear.
However, I think your instincts are correct that Ranma characters could
swashbuckle with the best of them.
