ODD??!

Ranma should be Ran Solo, and Ryoga should be Ryoga Lostwalker.  That way,
Akane ends up with Ranma.

That was total miscasting.

Ran Solo and Ryoga Lostwalker...  Heh heh!  Perfect for a R1/2-Star Wars
x-over!  Do you know if it's been done, or are you volunteering?  ^_-

Oh, and I couldn't agree more about the miscasting.  But then it's not
really surprising, considering that it's a Blade/Epsilon story.  I'm not
bashing them -- I enjoy their writing, and I think it was an
entertaining, well-written story, but Blade makes it no secret that he
absolutely despises Ranma.  He has told me that he does try to treat
Ranma fairly in his fics, but his prejudice shows up in his writing
whether he wants it to or not, and it seems to me that poor Ranma gets
the short end of the stick in almost all his fics.

Although I do enjoy stories that explore alternate themes and pairings
in the Ranma universe, the Ranma/Akane romance is my favorite factor
(which should be obvious from my own fic, Hearts of Ice  ^_^  Hey, was
that a smooth bit of self-promotion or what?).  So, needless to say,
though I did enjoy Blade & Epsilon's story, I like your idea better.
