You're right - A-ko's parents are Superman and Wonder Woman
Superman: being that her mother is taking care of his suit in the first
movie.
Wonder Woman: that's where A-ko's arm bands are from.

As for B-ko's father, yes, he bears resemblance to Tony Stark for 2
reasons. The first is for the power armour that B-ko uses (and so does her
father in the second film) suggesting Iron Man. The second reason is
somwhat more obscure in that it is symbolic of the Marvel/DC competition in
North America.
