This would more or less follow the continouity (if you could call it   
that) of the Dune movie- this Idea started because I was trying to think   
of places Ranma would go to get away from Water and Arrakis came to mind.   
then I realized that Ranma would find some way to get hit with water   
constantly there two and would probably spark a fremen revolution - it   
was all downhill from there.. If anybody has any casting suggestions or   
just want's to tell me if this is worth doing or not please reply- thanks   

(oh and the Dune names are from memeory I probably misspelled 75%)
