I think that while Akane would get all the physical strength and dexterity
of Ranma's body, she wouldn't get any of the moves.  The moves are more
based on mental things rather then physical prowress.  It would be
interesting to see Akane's body do a Hiryu Shoten Ha, and completely
destroy Ranma's body.

But you really should add in the line from Face/Off.
