It's Uranus who dresses like a boy.

I think the author was already aware of that.  Think of the little quotes after 
the cast listings as the various cast members making their own little comments. 
 In other words, Trunks says: "Why me!?!", then Goten says to Trunks: "At least 
you get to dress like a boy!"
