Hmmmm....'Ranko' is faster in speed and more agile, Ranma is slower but
stronger. Considering both have the same capabilities, I would say 'Ranko'
has a slight advantage in that she can execute her moves a tad quicker. I
would root for 'Ranko' but only if the fight does not stretch too long.
Beyond a certain point, her body is going to tire first before Ranma and
that's when he could win.
