Just out of interest, could you post everyone's refusal person?
Why would so many people (Kasumi, Asuza, Hinako) put down Ranma?
I'd guess everyone would put down Happosai.

The following males said no to Cologne: Mousse, Soun, Ranma, Ryouga, Genma,
Happousai, Tatewaki, Konatsu, Tsubasa.

The following females said no to Happousai: Kodachi, Nabiki, Akane, Shampoo,
Cologne, Akari.

The two males who didn't say no to Cologne- Dr. Tofu and Mikaido- both said
no to Asuza.

As noted above, Kasumi, Asuza, and Hinako all said no to Ranma- Kasumi
because of Akane, Asuza  because she thinks Ranma is 'icky,' and Hinako
because Ranma is 'the worst delinquent of them all!'

Nodoka said no to Genma, a gesture which she hopes will encourage her
husband to shape up. (Ha.)

Ukyou said no to Tsubasa.

Also, the 'relative' ban knocked the Tendo sisters out of selection as
regards Soun and Nodoka out of contention with Ranma. This had me a bit
concerned when the group in my calculations got down to eight people-
Nodoka, Akane, Hinako and Nabiki for the girls and Soun, Tatewaki, Konatsu
and Ranma for the boys. Fortunately, Nodoka drew the next pick, came up with
Soun, and things rolled on from there. }:-{D

Again, let me state that all the combinations were, within the limits of the
algorithm I set, random. I did not pick any on purpose, and most of them
came as a surprise, not to say a rude shock. }:-{D
