Cologne is far from megomaniacal....
I don't know about that... she certainly feels that `Amazons >
rest of China > rest of world', which, I understand, is a rather common
feeling in China. i.e., that China is the be-all and end-all of
civilization, with the rest of the world, (and all non-chinese) being just
a large group of mannorless barbarians. Granted, such feelings are not as
strong today as they were in centuries past, but they still exist. And
Colonge certainly feels that Amazons are naturally superior ro any other
human on the earth and intends to keep it that way no matter what she has
to do to insure it. After all... why else does she want Ranma? Gotta get
those ubermensch genes for the village, can't take a chance on letting the
rest of the planet have them, they might breed something that could beat
an Amazon and endanger the village!
But I could be wrong.
